31st May 2022 - Booking system update

Following the 2022 AGM the booking system has been redesigned into a Hybrid system, all existing bookings will be honoured.

​

The following changes have been made:

​

Range 1 - Firing Points 1, 3 ,5, 7 and 9 still require PRIOR booking before use, Firing Points 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 no longer require booking, you may turn up on site and use these points if they are free.

Range 2 - Firing points 3, 4, 5 and 6 still require PRIOR booking before use, Firing Points 1, 2, 7 and 8 no longer require booking, you may turn up on site and use these points if they are free.

​

Range 3 - Firing Points 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 still require PRIOR booking before use, Firing Points 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 no longer require booking, you may turn up on site and use these points if they are free.

Booking slot duration - All booking slots have been increased to 2 hours except for the following which remain one hour:

Monday 10am - 1pm - 3 Hour slot

Sunday 12pm - 3pm - 3 Hour slot

Booking slot reservations - If you have booked a slot on a firing point and you are not present by 15 minutes past the start of your slot the booking slot is then deemed cancelled and may be used by another member who may be present at the range and not be able to use another firing point.

Guests - ALL GUESTS MUST COMPLETE THE GUEST BOOK AND THE ATTENDANCE BOOK WHEN ARRIVING ON SITE
