Guest Sign in Procedure.

Note: Guests MUST complete BOTH the Guest signing in book and the attendance register on each visit to the club.

​

For some time now the sign in process for Guests has been less than clear.

​

Not all information has been gathered and in some cases this information has not been sufficient to comply with our legal and insurance requirements.

​

To ensure that in future all information will be gathered correctly.

​

Effective from Sunday 1st September 2019 a new Guest Register will be in place where all details must be completed on an individual Guest Sheet.

​

This Guest sheet will also confirm the rules of the range as they apply to Guests and Host.  These Must be complied with.

​

A copy of the Guest registration sheet which will be used is attached so you can familiarise yourself with the contents and requirements.

Please note: Guests are limited to 1 guest per full club member.
